Patrycja Uram – psychologist and PhD candidate at the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and initiator of the PhD Mental Health project supporting well-being in the academic environment. Graduate of psychology at the University of Wrocław and SWPS University. Author and co-author of scientific articles indexed, among others, in Scopus and Web of Science.
In her research, she combines health, media, and environmental psychology, examining how emotions and associations influence our decisions. Her projects are conducted in collaboration with researchers from the United States, Europe, and Asia. She believes that science should be accessible to everyone—therefore, she is passionate about translating complex psychological concepts into clear, relatable language grounded in everyday experience.
