Professor Joanna Różycka-Tran Receives the Minister of Science and Higher Education Award

This year’s Polish Science Gala brought together more than 150 awarded researchers in five categories.

Among the honorees was PhD Joanna Różycka-Tran, Professor at the University of Gdańsk from the Institute of Psychology,who received the Minister of Science and Higher Education Award for outstanding achievements in organizational activity.

The award recognizes her long-standing commitment to the institutional development and internationalization of the University of Gdańsk, particularly in fostering cooperation with universities in Vietnam. Since 2008, she has initiated and developed partnerships including, among others, bilateral agreements Erasmus+ , as well as a strategic partnership implemented with the support of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).As a result of these efforts, a sustainable network of scientific and academic cooperation between Poland and Vietnam has been established.
